Ralph Blass (1922-2002) studied design and quickly became head designer for the Anna Miller fashion label. In no time he achieved great success and coined the slogans “Blassfamous” and “Blassphemy”.
He founded his own company, Bill Blass Ltd., in 1970, which created fashion and accessories in addition to classic couture, fragrances, sunglasses and sportswear. “Fashion can be bought by anybody; style takes discernment. It has to do with individuality.”
Nude is the most famous and classic women’s fragrance from the year 1990.
